There is no account and no database

You do not sign in. This site has no user records, no database, and nothing that could be tied back to you later. What you type is used to answer you and is then gone.

What happens to what you type

Your description is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs the model that picks the category and writes the justification. Cloudflare states that Workers AI inputs are not used to train models. Nothing is written to disk here, and nothing is kept after the response is sent.

What happens to a photo

A photo is shrunk in your own browser first, then sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which reads the item name out of it. The image is held in memory for that one call and is never stored. If your photo is of a receipt, everything on it goes to the model, so cover anything you would rather not send.

What Cloudflare logs

This site is served by Cloudflare, so loading the page leaves the usual request metadata at the edge: IP address, user agent, timestamp. Your IP is also used, in memory, for rate limiting. That is about the request, not about what you typed into it.

Cookies and local storage

No cookies. Nothing in browser storage. Your descriptions, photos and results are never saved.

What this site is not

This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship program, the Utah State Board of Education, or Odyssey.

It is an independent tool built by a homeschool parent, and it is not legal advice or financial advice. The eligibility warning and the justification are generated from Odyssey's published guides, and Odyssey decides for real only after you submit a receipt. Check anything that matters against the Ineligible Expense Guide and the Eligible Expense Guide.

Removing your data

There is nothing to remove. Closing the tab is enough.
